Details/Facts/Goals:Barrel House has started to franchise, and the Des Moines location is the first location outside of their home territory in Eastern Iowa.

Sq/ft- Units: 3,500 sqft -3 Tenant Spaces

Process/Techniques: It worked well keeping the historic nature of the space and building a new restaurant with the Barrel House theme

Materials: Brick, wood, whiskey barrels hanging from the ceilings for lighting, murals
